1.1 By becoming a Member of Green Rewards you accept the terms and conditions as set out below. The Green Rewards member scheme is operated by Green Leaning Limited trading as Green Rewards.

2. Joining Green Rewards
To create an account you must register through the Green Rewards website www.greenrewards.co.uk
or by calling us on 0207 326 5055 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5:30pm).
2.2 In order to create an account you must have a valid email address.
2.4 We reserve the right to refuse membership without liability for any reason.
2.5 The named account holder is responsible for all transactions that take place on the account, for ensuring that the account details are accurate and that your account is not accessed by anyone other than yourself. An account cannot be in joint names.
3. Earning Green Points
You can earn Green Points by shopping in the Green Rewards eShop at www.greenrewards.co.uk/products
. Green Points are earned on the cash element of transactions (i.e. not on vouchers or Points spent). We reserve the right to vary the amount of Points issued for cash spent at any time.
3.2 From time to time we may also make promotional Green Points offers, such as Green Points offered for new registrations, or Green Points offered for writing a product review. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw any such offers at any time.
3.3 If a transaction on which Green Points are issued is cancelled, reversed or not completed, we will reverse the associated Green Points movement.
3.4 You must be logged in to your Green Rewards account before completing your transaction in the eShop order to earn Green Points. If you are not logged in your account will not be credited with Green Points for your transaction.
3.5 Green Points are non-transferrable. There is no cash alternative. Green Points do not expire.
4. Spending Green Points
4.1 Green Points have a cash value when spend on the Green Rewards shop or donated to charity. That is 400 Green Points = £1. We reserve the right to change the value of Green Points at any point and will give you reasonable notice of our intention to do so.
4.2 Green Points can be spent in the Green Rewards eShop, where they can be used to purchase a range of sustainable products.
4.3 The price and availability of products in the Green Rewards eShop is subject to change at any time. If you place an order for a product that is subsequently found to be out of stock then your order will be cancelled and refunded. We cannot part-refund orders and can only refund the order via the same method of payment used to make the purchase (i.e. orders paid in Green Points may only be refunded as Green Points back to your account)
4.4 For full details about deliveries and refunds, please see our Delivery and Returns policy.
4.5 If you do not have enough Green Points for the full value of your transaction, you can ‘top up’ your payment using a credit or debit card.
5. Donating to charity
5.1 Green Points may be donated to charity at the rate of 400 Green Points = £1. We reserve the right to change the value of Green Points at any point and will give you reasonable notice of our intention to do so.
5.2 Green Points can only be donated to the charities featured on the Green Rewards website. These charities may change periodically and we will notify you of any changes. There are no alternative charities that you can donate your Green Points to.
5.3 Donations are final and non-refundable.
6. Green Rewards vouchers
6.1 Green Rewards vouchers are available in electronic and paper forms can only be redeemed for products and services offered in the eShop.
6.2 Vouchers can be combined with Points and cash on a transaction.
6.3 Unless otherwise stated, vouchers expire 12 months from the date of issue.
6.4 Change is not provided on vouchers that are not spent in full, and vouchers are not divisible.
7. Email communications
7.1 As part of the scheme you will receive email communications to the email address that you provided at sign up. These will include: service emails (registration confirmation, password reset etc.) and a quarterly newsletter.
You can unsubscribe from email communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link featured in each email or by contacting us at [email protected]
or by calling 0207 326 5055 (Mon – Fri, 9am – 5:30pm). You cannot unsubscribe from service emails.
8. Maintaining Your Account
8.1 You are responsible for making sure that the information on your account is correct. You can check your account details and make changes by clicking the ‘My Account’ button in the top right hand corner of the page once you are logged in.
You can close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]
or by calling 0207 326 5055 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5:30pm). Any Points balance will be lost when you close your Account.
8.3 You are responsible for the security of your account and the log in details used to access your online account information. You should notify us immediately if you suspect that someone else knows your log in details so that we can suspend your account pending issuance of new log in information. We will not be responsible if any of your Green Points are altered by someone else in possession of your log in details.
9. Collection and use of data
9.2 Any information collected from you will be treated in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (2018).
10.1 We may make changes to these Terms and Conditions and will give you as much notice as we reasonable can as to these changes. Activity on your account after such a notification will constitute acceptance of the revised rules.
