The 18wp Solar Panel Kit is ideal for use in caravans where the time spent away from a mains hook up is no more than 4 days. These solar panels are also useful for charging consumer appliances such as mobile phones, electric toothbrushes, digital cameras, powering electric gates*, garden pond pumps* or TVs.
The 18 watt panel provides a continuous trickle feed maintaining and extending the life of any 12 volt battery.
The 18 watt solar panel is supplied with all the necessary cable (5m), connectors, detailed installation instructions and a free digital test meter to enable the user to analyse the performance of both solar panel and battery.
The 4Ah Charge controller should be used with this solar panel kit to protect the battery from being overcharged and to prevent reverse current drain. It is included in this solar panel kit.
