You can choose the exact wording of the plaque and, where possible, we will provide a choice of trees next to which it can be placed.

In addition, we will send you a personalised card with the wording of the plaque, along with a map showing the exact location of your trees. The plaque will remain in place for the first three years of the tree's life but you can visit the trees for years to come.
