Recycling Game

The Recycling Game is a dice based board game recommended for children from 4 years old.

The focus is on giving children an insight into the rubbish we produce at home and how we can help minimise pollution by waste recycling. The game teaches the concept of sorting rubbish into categories including: glass, paper, metal and organic. Each player picks a colourful recycling vehicle, each corresponding to a type of waste such as glass, and then goes round the board collecting tokens representing items to recycle. The player to collect all their tokens first is the winner!!

"We have discovered that children sometimes find it difficult or boring to understand adult concepts like recycling and saving energy. However, this game is a great way to educate children whilst having fun at the same time! The product is made of wood.  When rubber trees reach the end of their latex producing cycles, they are often burnt down and replaced by new tress. However, Wonderworld give old rubber trees a new lease of life by turning them into toys, greatly reducing carbon dioxide emissions."
