Green Rewards is pleased to announce the inclusion in its rewards programme of a new range of high end bamboo furniture for the bedroom and living room. All products are made from 100% sustainable bamboo.

Bamboo grows to full maturity within just one growing season. It does not require pesticides or replanting as the roots remain in the ground and the bamboo replenishes itself automatically after harvest.

Green Rewards is continuing the wide expansion of its range by adding a selection of fine organic wines. These delicious wines are sourced from the award winning wine merchants Vintage Roots, and there is a choice of 7 cases of wine, starting with a half case of European White, Touchstone White, European Red, Touchstone Red,  European Rose for around the £50 mark. Or if you fancy splashing out, you can buy a case of European or Touchstone mixed wines for £90.

Green Rewards, the green and ethical online shop, is propelling its product range forward by stocking the eco version of an outboard motor for sailing enthusiasts, the electric Torqueedo.

Green Rewards, the green and ethical online shop, is pleased to add the recently launched book, “The Great Trees of London” to its product range for sale on its site.
Published by Random House and Time Out, the book is in association with the environmental charity Trees for Cities.

The introduction is written by Green Rewards’ very own Managing Director Graham Simmonds, and the Foreword is by tree enthusiast and TV presenter Jon Snow.

Green Rewards, the independent eco rewards company, is today launching its range of new “Eco-Gift Vouchers” for the Christmas market.  Gift vouchers can be bought in values of £10, £25 and £50 to be spent in Green Rewards’ own on-line shop (www.greenrewards.co.uk) where customers will find the widest range of green gift products and experiences available on the net.  Every one of the 1,800+ products and experiences has been ethically sourced as well as being vetted and approved by an independent Sustainability Advisory Panel (SAP – see Notes to Editors) to ensure they all meet the highest standards in sustainability including fair trade.

A new, pioneering, incentive scheme has been launched that, for the first time, will enable councils to benefit from a wide range of pro-environmental behavioural shifts beyond just recycling, by offering reward points as a “currency”, linking their value directly to the value of the performance increase that is achieved as opposed to simply relying solely upon retailer vouchers.

No one wants to end up getting everyone boring presents but you don’t want to waste your money buying pointless novelty gifts either. Green Rewards, the online ethical retail company, has handpicked a number of gift ideas from their independently approved ethical range. With unusual gift ideas for everyone your festive shopping trip will be a breeze.

The eco incentives and rewards provider, Green Rewards, has today been bought out by a new company, Green Leaning Ltd, which is headed up by the original Green Rewards’ founder Graham Simmonds. The business has been bought as a going concern and will continue to trade as Green Rewards.

Making sustainability possible for individuals, the local community, economy and the environment is a major challenge; but for those who succeed, they’re often unacknowledged and under-appreciated – that’s why greenrewards.co.uk has teamed up with StudentForce to supports its Stars of Sustainability Awards 2011.
